In the London, the Grand Temple is open to all visitors, as is the Museum. The only time you cannot visit, is during a live ceremony.

Just like many other clubs, private and commercial organisations, freemasons have closed sessions.

In Muslim countries, women have little or no rights. Foreigners also have little or no rights. Your Mosque example is a very poor illustration of “openess”. Islam is divisive.
